14 Associated Cimolichtys Cretaceous Fossil Fish Vertebrae Kansas Niobrara

Description

Here are 14 fossil vertebrae, including 3 partial, found together so are assumed to belong to the same individual. These are from Cimolichtys sp of the Cretacous Niobrara Smokey Hill Chalk formation found near Gove, Kansas. The individual sections do not match up perfectly together so it is assumed there may be some additional pieces missing that would create a complete chain for this individual.  Still a very impressive displayable run of vertebrae, with the longest section measuring about 3 1/8 long and 1 inch in width. Please review the photos as they are a part of the description and show the actual item you will receive.
