1899 LANDMARK LODGE No. 422 A.F. & A.M. 4229 COTTAGE GROVE AVENUE CHICAGO ILL  ILLINOIS OFFICERS AND MEMBERS DECEMBER 1899  14 pages.  Chalkly blue front cover with black type and emblem to front cover, some light stains and soil to cover and contents. There is some light staining to the gutter of the final page and staples are rusty with a bit of staining. Center leaf has pulled away from the staples and is laid in.
PLEASE NOTE REAR COVER IS MISSING AND ALSO THE FINAL PAGE.
However, the cover notes "officers and members" in the booklet and the booklet begins with the Officers and trustee names followed by the members beginning with "A" and  the final page ends with the letter "Y" members, everything the title calls for.  So, I am not sure if any additional information was in the booklet, the final page may have been a blank (since the contents appear to be complete.)  Regardless, a scarce booklet.
