1920s 30s Flapper Dress Pleats Black Satin Great Details in Fabric
Wonderfully made vintage 1920s or 30s flapper dress that I believe is done in black satin and all made out of the same fabric. Hugely pleated in center front & back and all done in the same fabric, but the way it was pieced it created the difference in color on front and back as shown and it's much nicer in person than shown in the photos. It's in great condition for it's age but does need to be cleaned as it's been in storage for many years and the large pleated area in the front and back need ironing.  There are also a couple of seams that need to be resewn, but great dress non the less and is still quite wearable. It measures approximately:
34" bust
28-30" waist
13" shoulder to shoulder
45 1/2 - 46 1/2" shoulder to hemline
15 1/2" sleeves with elastic at cuffs
