1940s Greentree Floral Paisley Cotton Sleeveless Frock Dress w/ Belt-S/M AS-IS

Up for auction is this really sweet 1940's cotton frock dress! The dress has vibrant colors of red, blue, green, and orange on a white background in a floral and paisley print :) I am selling the dress AS-IS due to a small tear on the front of the lower right side of skirt and two tears on the lower left back side of the skirt. Please see the pictures provided of these flaws.
