- generally very clean with just a handful of light spots & handling marks

- there was about 12 pencil check marks, I erased them but you may see a bit left

- 4 very small rips to the ff end papers, 1 fold from the bindery, and apx 30 bumped tips

- gilt remains pretty bright - overall in very good to excellent condition

My nose doesn't work like it use to
so the old book smell doesn't bother me.
