They're a bit wider in the waist versus the more GS style skis, and this gives you a more stable and solid platform to stand on. With a full camber profile, you get a ton of edge grip and precision thanks to the instantaneous and elongated edge contact. Each and every movement that you put into your boots will get quickly and efficiently transmitted to the ski. This longer edge gives you more stability at speed and more control through the arc of the turn. Aspiring racers will love the sandwich compound sidewall construction with the Titanal racing build. This is a snappy and stable core that loves to be pushed to the limits. While the higher-end models in the Firebird line get the full C-Armor carbon laminate as well as the C-Spine core, the Comp 76 just gets the C-Spine, but this does a great job stiffening the ski and providing a lot more stability and strength. Where to Find Your Boot Sole Length (BSL)
The boot sole length is not your foot size or boot size; it is a millimeter measurement of the boot shell. Ski boot manufacturers emboss this measurement into the plastic shell at the heel or under the arch. The number will fall between 255-365mm for an adult ski boot. This number will be greater than your mondo boot size (
eg.
a mondo size of 23.5 commonly has a BSL of 275mm). Please include the “mm” unit to indicate that the number given is the BSL and not the mondo size. Without this precise manufacturer's measurement, we cannot mount your skis.
If we are given incorrect mounting info, the buyer will be responsible for any remounting or restocking fees.
Binding Check:
Buyer is responsible
for taking Ski + Binding to a certified ski shop before use to make final adjustments and do a safety release check.  We do NOT set DIN levels.
Product Availability
Our eBay store shares much of its inventory with our family-owned retail store in Stowe, VT and sometimes our inventory is not accurate due to purchases made locally. If you purchase something that is sold out, we will try our best to find you a suitable replacement item. Any payment for an item that is not available will be refunded immediately. Keep in mind that weekend purchases are not finalized until Monday due to our eBay Department schedule.
