Vintage 60s colorful neon watercolor dress. No tags, fits like a modern S/M. Not sure of the material but feels synthetic and is stretchy.
Pre owned, shows light general wear. Has some pilly bits in areas & some minor snags at the back of the neckline and underarm. Faint discoloration in a couple places but nothing major going on that is obvious.
