Accent HR781 Double French Horn - Refurbished - Nice Original Case and Mouthpiece
These are great playing Kruspe wrap Conn 8D clones, this is a stencil Eastman double horn (Same as there EFH420). Horn has minor dinks and required minor bell flair work, there was a dent on the bell taper in the usual spot. This is a very lightly used horn and the stainless steel valves have excellent compression... all slides are smooth and valves move nicely, the caps thread easily.  The case is very nice and heavy duty with nice burly zippers, more like the older nicer Protecs than the light duty cheap cases, horn comes with a mouthpiece.

Horn is dis-assembled and inspected, soaked in an organic de-greasing solution and scrubbed
Body, valves and components are treated in an organic chem clean with Tesch products (Tesch was recommended to all participants
at a NAPBIRT clinic

Hand-lapped valves and chambers (This process can take up to an hour)
Complete detail of all components, hot water scrubbed and prepped for assembly
Valves aligned, pads and springs replaced as needed
Play tested and final inspected before listing for sale
***Clean your instrument regularly (especially lead-pipe and tuning slide) and have a chem-clean or ultrasonic clean done every two years. Vintage cases are all disinfected, cleaned and sanitized but there may be a residual horn smell in any old case.

We do not accept returns or offer trial periods to try horns listed here on Ebay, please come to Colorado to try instruments, we'll have fun talking about horns! If you have any questions or problems with your instrument, please contact UYB first for any issues if needing to return an instrument for being not as described. Facilitate a quick return process with cordial communication, returns started without communication will take much longer to process. If your instrument is damaged during shipping, you must take a picture of the box with external damage, the packaging and the damage to the case and or instrument. The shipper will not offer any compensation unless these steps are taken.
