Antique 1920s pale silver chiffon "Blue Roses" beaded dress M
Fine silk chiffon tabard dress is embellished with stylized Art Deco beadwork roses. The silk is semi-sheer, very fine, with a crepe texture.
The beads are blue, gold and sparkling sheer.
Dress is easy to put on - one side opens completely with snap closure at the hip area.
The piece is identical front and back.
The cotton net of the shoulders firmly holds the weight of the dress.
To give you a better impression of its lovely “presence,” I took some lie-flat photos while measuring.
Condition: great.
There are no holes, no pin holes, no discoloration, no underarm issues, no textile weakness.
One or two beads are missing. There are not many beaded dresses from this era that made it to our time in such a great shape.

Bodice length (taken on the side) - 42 ½”
Underarm to underarm in front ( is open) - 14”
Waist - 36”
Dropped waist (at the first snap) - 38”
