Antique Dress Night Gown Robe Vintage Cottage Core Victorian Edwardian Lawn Lace

This piece is in AMAZING condition for its age. It had significant browning/yellowing from age, but I soaked it for a long time and got most of that out. Now it has a little yellowing, but not much and it is not very noticeable. No obvious stains or holes! Minor pinprick holes, only seen on close scrutiny. The buttons are mostly MOP, but a couple appear to have been replaced somewhere in the stream of time. The sleeves are 3/4 length and have an adorable flare-out detail. The collar is soooo darling. It even has a train! The back flares out and is longer than the front. This can be worn as a nightgown, a robe, a dress (it looks incredible with a belt!) and even a summery coat when worn unbuttoned and belted over a dress!!! Romantic, unique, and so special. Has a name on the inside of the front lapel~ perhaps the maker? Or the owner? I ADORE details like this!
