    Description

    This antique insulated skirt I believe may have been made in the very early 1900's
    .  Possibly to wear if taking a buggy ride or a chilly winter stroll.
    It is 35" long x 14" across the waist (flat) x 46" across the bottom(flat).
    I has many areas of damage that need attention - or repair or use it as a display.
    Definitely handmade!
    It has only 1 of the original buttons.
    This was found in an old trunk purchased at an estate sale along with other old clothing items we are listing separately.
    The outside is black - inside is a dark brown.
    The fabric is unknown -  could be a cotton /silk blend??
    PLEASE SAVE THIS OLD PIECE- IT NEEDS A NEW HOME.
