Beautiful Vintage 70's Evening Dress with Net Scarf and Embroidery

Description

This vintage black evening dress features an embroidered
peplum bodice and ribbon shoulder straps over a polyester knit base.
The full skirt has a dotted net overlay.
The back has a 14" centered zipper.
Scarf is  dotted net with the embroidered diamond patches on one end.
It measures approximately 22" wide by 10 feet long.
Measurements:
Straps - 16"
Chest (underarm measurement) - 35"
Waist - 26"
Top of bodice to waist - 9"
Waist to bottom of skirt - 45"
