. There is also a fully pyritzed Belemnite
Passaloteuthis
dating to the early Jurassic period (Toarcian) of Germany.
The specimen was found in the Oil Shale of the world famous site of Holzmaden in Germany.
This fossil originates from a Private German collection. There are very minor restoration on the fish (tail). The head and the scales are nicely preserved as shown on the pictures. The teeth are also preserved.
Size of the slab : 80 cm x 45 cm (heavy specimen but can be easily wall mounted
Size : 18 cm (fish), 33 cm (Ammonite)
