The Multi Layer Woodcore is an excellent blend of beech, balsa, poplar, and paulownia for weight savings and natural dampening properties. Carbon Flipcore Technology Integrates a uni directional carbon frame on top of the core of the ski for a lightweight but energetic feel. Carbon Flipcore Dynamic Release Technology is a titanal layer that is edge to edge underfoot but tapers down into the tip and tail for rigidity without sacrificing playfulness. Furthermore, there are carbon layers found in the tips and tails to avoid any hooky feelings on the contact points. A 94 waist provides enough width for flotation in powder with sacrificing edge to edge transition while on hard pack.
