Measure the throttle shaft to confirm installation.
This tool is designed for quadrajet and Holley throttle bodies. It is not used for reaming existing brass or bronze liners and is not recommended for zinc metal.
Designed for 3 / 8 throttle shaft. The inner diameter is 3 / 8 and the outer diameter is 7 / 16; 1 / 2 long. Kit includes: 8 brass bushing and carbon steel reverse cut guide reamer for correct shaft alignment.
Kit includes: 8 Solid Brass machined bushings and a carbon steel reverse cut guide reamer
Reamer size: blade diameter 10.9mm, shank diameter 9.5mm
Brass bushing size: outer diameter 11mm (7 / 16), inner diameter 9.52mm (3 / 8)
The reamer is made of high quality carbon steel and the bushing is made of high quality brass.
A 1 / 2 "bit or drill press is required.
The cutting part is inserted into the drill chuck and the guide rail is inserted into the hole.
