This CoolCheck? cold food pan incorporates the convenience of a non-ice cold holding solution with patent-pending color change technology to quickly alert workers when temperatures are no longer safe. Each Coldmaster® container is filled with a unique, non-toxic refrigerant gel to eliminate the need for ice. This cold food pan only requires one overnight "charge" in the freezer to make sure contents remain at or below 41°F for 6-8 hours. As the temperature changes, the vessel will switch from blue to white. This cold food pan cleans easily in the dishwasher for maximum sanitation and is FDA and NSF approved.
