Complete 13cm headshield of Ostracoderm armoured fish Victoriaspis Low Devonian

Offered is a very complete, high relief and well preserved dorsal headshield of the Lower Devonian Ostracoderm
Victoriaspis sp.
from the Dneister Fm. (Lochovian/Pragian) of Ustrechko, Turnopil Oblast, Podolia Ukraine.
At 13cm across the long curved cornual processes, this is a good sized specimen that retains much of the intricately patterned shell material intact, a distinct, low dorsomedial crest and both orbits. Original shell material well defined overall by a pure white mineralisation (apatite?). Matrix is approx.13cm X 10cm X 4cm.
Affordable price for such a rare, impressive and displayable example of a complete dorsal shield.
