Crazy Cute 1970s does 1940s Polka Dot Wrap Dress CASUAL CORNER - Mod Sz M

Crazy cute 1970s does 1940s Casual Corner Andrews Sisters look polka dot semi-wrap dress.   The bodice has a pointed notched collar and big padded shoulders.  The sleeves tapper to the wrist.  There is darting from the shoulder to the breast to give shape.  The bodice wraps at the waist with rounded wide ties.  There is elastic that is in beautiful shape without flaw sewn inside at the waistline.The skirt is straight with a 7" kick pleat at the bottom back center hem.  When I found this beauty I did notice the dark spots upon close inspection but I thought I might be able to use a stain remover to make it perfect.  Unfortunately, I didn't have the magic touch but the dress is so adorable that the small stains may not bother the right person.
Measurements:  up to 40” at the chest; 22-34” at the waist, the hips are up to 38", and it 38.5” in length from the shoulder.  There is little give to this fabric but the only measurement that is solid is the hip.  The main label says "Casual Corner" but the secondary label is too faded to read.  This can be machine washed in cold water and dried on medium.  If you do get the stain out I'd love to hear what you used.
This is a beautiful dress in very good vintage condition
with little sign of wear
and some dark spots that are mostly hidden by the print.  They are somewhat noticeable but will not affect the look or wearability of this darling dress.  The low starting bid reflects the dark coloration - see photos.
