Description
This is a geniune Fender Telecaster ashtray bridge cover that has been reliced though multiple processes to look like worn hardware. Unlike some I see that look like they've been buried in the garden for years, or others that have almost no wear at all--
I strive for a moderate relic look
(read: real world look). Something you might actually see on a 20- or 30-year old guitar that has been used but not abused.
It is pictured here on a Tele relic I have in the works right now. (
I do sell the control plate and knobs you see here in other auctions,
so just ask me if you're interested.)
These should fit most Tele's though you may have to slightly bend the edges if you want a tighter fit. This is Fender Part No. 0992270100.
