What is a "factory demo"?
A factory demo is a brand new horn with minor wear from having been shown at displays or instrument shows, so although it has never been owned, it can't be sold as "brand new." This wear is extremely minor, difficult to spot, and has no affect on the playability of an instrument.
What is the wear in this particular instrument?
According to the factory, this horn has a ding in the bell flare, and a scratch on the bell tail. We've done our best to take hi-res pictures of the areas they reference, but the flaws are so subtle that it's difficult to tell where they are. From more than a few inches away, they are virtually undetectable.
This horn will ship as all brand new factory
horns do, with a new case, mouthpiece, polishing cloth, rotary valve oil, and slide grease.
