Return Policy

If you receive a faulty item, please return this to us within 7 working days after the day on which you received the item for an exchange ('Working Day' means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). If the item is no longer available we will issue a full refund. All costs incurred in returning the item will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
If you have just simply changed your mind and feel you need to return the item then you must return it within 7 working days for a full refund. With postage free items we will deduct postal charges from the refund amount which varies with each item.
