She isn't perfect but oooh la la...is she a beauty...a 1970s era prairie dress...with a decidedly gothic Victorian twist...billowy, haunting, flowy floral chiffon-type (likely 70s poly) full flouncy semi-sheer skirt with a nice sheen, but not overpowering...ruffle accents on neckline & sleeve ends...black velvet bodice & Victorian style lace highlighting neckline, sleeves, and under slip hem...great colors on this one...a gothic stunner...

condition notes: there are 4 intact tiny buttons at rear upper neckline; i believe 2 button loops will need replacing in order to secure; wide sleeves either have old elastic, or just a drawstring which was sometimes used in those days to create a slightly runched appearance in sleeves, but either way, the sleeve openings are wide for a billowy effect & not going to be a snug fit on your wrists
