Krown "Classic" Soccer Ball-Signed by 21 Irish Players-Theo Dunn-Stephen Napier

Offered is this "Classic" hand-sewn soccer ball, made by Krown, a company headquartered in Decatur, Ga. The "FIFA Officially Approved" ball was made in Pakistan. The ball has been signed by 21 people. I can't read all of the names but the following seem clear: Michael Spillane, Jim O' Reilly, Terry Palmer, Stephen Napier, Theo Dunne and Michael O'Byrne. A couple of others could be Warren Parker and Kieran O'Brien. I can't identify any of the others with certainty.
Spillane, Palmer and Napier are all Irish soccer players. Spillane played on several of Ireland's junior national teams in the 2005-2010 period, Palmer played on several Irish professional teams in the 1990s and early 2000s, as did Napier. Theo Dunne was the manager of several Irish pro teams from the 1980s onwards. Many of the other names are also Irish-sounding so I'm assuming all of these people were on the same Irish team at some point but I'm not sure when or for what occasion. (With this brand of ball I would guess it was somewhere in the US, maybe even the Atlanta area.) Does anyone have any ideas?
The ball is in very good condition, with little wear, but there are a few minor surface marks, etc. It is mostly inflated but slightly low on air.
