Returns:
Returns are accepted for up to 30 days from the date of shipping. There will be no restocking fee charged if the item is returned to us in the same condition as it was sold (i.e with all accessories, documentation, original box/packaging), otherwise up to 15% restocking fee will be debited from the principal refund amount. Also Serial Number/Service Tag is recorded for fraud protection.
Items that are returned with a password or bios locked cannot be accepted for return, and they will be shipped back at the buyer's expense. Prior to return, please make sure to remove/deactivate any accounts or passcode on the unit being returned.
