Return Policy

For orders within United States: This item can be returned within 30 days. In order for us to give a full refund, we have to be able to resell the item for the same price. That means the item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it in with original packaging. Partial refund will be given if seals are broken, missing original packaging, missing pieces, signs of use, damaged, etc. Prior authorized is required before we will accept any returns or exchanges. Returns mailed without it may be refused and mailed back. The serial number/identifying markers are recorded and must match before a refund will be issued. Shipping is not refundable.
If the item returned is non-working/defective, our techniques will inspect the item and/or run tests to confirm. If the item is found to be non-working, we will issue a refund or ship a replacement as soon as possible.
