Condition is "Pre-owned". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail
Excellent condition.  However, we noticed two pin holes in  the collar.  (Please see last photo).  No attempt has been made to dry clean or cover up any flaws.   No other defects found.
Mannequin is size 8. So this size 8/10 is fitting appropriately.
