    Description

    PAMPHLET: Procedures Of The
    Anti-Masonic Convention... Boston, December 30, 31 1828 and January 1, 1830.
    RARE.
A paper pamphlet published to document and spread Anti-Masonic thought.  The pages are age toned but in good condition.  The pamphlet has been mounted in a protective  backing with clear cover, see photos.  Some foxing here and there, a few pages have folded corners which could be straightened out.
At the time pamphlets were sort of the Twitter of the age - a fast and economical way to spread news and political opinion - remember Thomas Paine and Common Sense.  Pamphlets like this one are very rare simply because they generally were not shelved and stored as books would be. This pamphlet is an original source material for the then popular Anti Masonic furor.
Ron had collected several of these rare, almost impossible to find pamphlets, as well as many books on the subject of anti-masonry.
From the vast lifetime collection of the late R.W. Br Ronald M. Goldwyn.  Funds from this sale support Br. Ron's widow.
Sells and ships to USA only please.
