Peach dream vtg 70s era calico prairie dress in the Gunne Sax style, featuring prominent Victorian styling in a contrast semi-sheer calico print with lace ruffle bodice...really unique colorway that you don't see often in these old prairie frocks...due to the semi-sheer, very lightweight fabric, recommend a slip if modesty is desired - have held to natural window light in final img to demonstrate sheerness.
...only thing to note is original wrist & waist elastic (where little bodice ties are) will need replacing if you wish, as it has stretched out. The benefit is that the garment is now more accommodating size-wise, so it's up to you if you want to replace...
