1) In case the fossil is broken, take several pictures of the package and its contents as you received it.
2) Go to your local post or customs office and show them the package.
3) The post or customs office will issue a domages certificate.
4) Send me a scanned version of the certificate along with the pictures you have taken
5) Once I receive the above elements, I will submit a claim to the post office; their evaluation may take several days
6) Once I receive their refund, I will refund your purchase in full
