I try my best to give as accurate a description as possible but remember this is a used laptop part. I've worked in retail for over 40 years and although the customer isn't always right, the customer should always be treated like I would like to be treated and I try my best to do that .

This listing is for the rubber plunger that sits below the key. It's what pushes the key back up after it's pressed down. These fit the Apple MacBook Pro styles A1278 A1286 and A1297 models.
The small plunger is for all the top row keys and the arrow keys. The large plunger keys fill all the other keys which included all the square keys like the letter and numbers and all the larger keys like tab, caps lock, shift, fn, control, option, command, space bar, delete and return keys.
I suggest you check videos on youtube showing how to install the plunger. I use put a tiny amount of super glue at the edge of the plunger in two or three spots to hold it to the keyboard.
These will ship without tracking.
Shipping time: USPS: If an item is paid for before 7 pm 95% of the time it will ship the following morning. If paid after 7 pm it'll be packaged the following day and ship the next morning.
