The skirt is a wrap and the blouse was made to go over the skirt but could be worn under as well. .

The dresses that I will be listing are all in excellent condition. If there are flaws I will note them. Some 2 piece garments have been laundered or cleaned. If they have not I will state. None of them have any odors, like perspiration or colognes. I have presented them on a model that may or may not be the right size for the item. If you have any questions please ask. I do not take returns. If there is a problem with an item please contact me and we can go from there. Items are wrapped in plastic and sealed after listing. Payment
I expect payment within 72 hours. At that time if unpaid it will be considered a non paying buyer and I will let eBay handle it from there. I reserve the right to relist the item at that time.

THE ADORNMENTS ON VINTAGE ITEMS CAN BE ATTACHED WITH A SAFETY PIN. I HAVE REMOVED SOME BECAUSE OF DISCOLORATION, AND OTHERS HAVE BEEN LEFT OR THE RIBBONS PRESSED AND RETIED AND REATTACHED WITH THE ORIGINAL PIN. THIS IS NOT DAMAGE OR A DEFECT IT IS THE WAY THINGS WERE DONE IN THE INDUSTRY YEARS AGO. NOT ALL BUT A VAST MAJORITY WERE DONE THAT WAY.
Shipping
I ship within 24 hours, excluding weekends. I usually ship around 9 AM every weekday. I don't run to the Post Office more than once a day. If you need something quick you will have to judge for yourself if it will come in time. I cannot control the Postal Service.

I do know when I am getting taken advantage of and I will block and report to eBay any unresonable requests or nastiness.

I sell with integrity and I price according to what the market will bear. I am neither the most expensive or the least. I do consider offers but not for a slap in the face price. Items are laundered, dried, pressed and mended if needed.
