Fit and flare.
Retro with a very 60's meets Victorian feel.
Attached black net crinoline for a magical flair and movement.
There are 2 tiny holes at the edge of the hem.
Shortening the dress one inch will eliminate them completely.
Empire, with a sash.
Wonderful crinkle fabric.
Dress is fully lined.
Fabric is acetate taffeta.
The feel of the dress is ethereal and light.
The size tag appears to be mismarked.
THIS DRESS IS NOT A SIZE 12.
My dress form is a size 4 and the dress is too small for it.
I am including a ton of measurements.
I would estimate the dress is a size 2 or a 0.

Bust 26 inches.
Waist, 28 approximate.
Back length, 39 inches.
