Naqui NY made many dresses, including this one, for Vermont Country store and then took out some to put their own label on it.
This dress has an embroidered front and back fabric tie belt. In the picture of the label the size is covered to avoid confusion.  These dresses are not seconds and show no defects.
The dress listed as XL is size 1XL.
