Very old rotary French horn by " Lidl Brno CSR" needs service & cleaning

Description

Very old French horn with rotary valves a. The bell reads: "Lidl Brno CSR"  The  valvesand   slides are frozen.  There are some biger  bents and dents in the bell and tubing . There are signs of soldery repaires.  ( see pic) Instrument needs to be repaired, serviced and cleaned. I dont know the key of the instrument.
