Vintage 1920’s Polka Dot Velvet Dress

Description

A 1920’s original blue velvet polka dot printed dress. Has blue accordion pleating ruffle at hem and down side front. There were sleeves originally but they were taken off at some point in the past.. the velvet is still supple and intact. No tearing or thinning. There is underarm staining and some slight fading on the back. Measures 38” at drop waist, 38” armpit to armpit. Fits size small.
