Cotton Fabric
Original Shoulder Pads inside, which are still serviceable
Double Layer Fabric at Hem
Talon Metal Zipper, dates to the 30's per my research

56" LONG FROM TIP OF REAR COLLAR TO HEM DOWN CENTER
CONDITION:
Amazing for its age! Colors still bright, no stains found. Lace looks good, zipper works fine.
The only issue I see is one small tear on right side just above ruffle. I'm selling as it is, since Buyer may want to make a patch from fabric on the underlayer of hem rather than darning it. Shown in last photo.
