Vintage 1940's Jean Lang dress medium midi collared brown M 40's 30's art deco

Description

This is such a lovely and simple vintage dress, a total classic that would not be out of place today. I would place this dress as from the late 30's or early 1940's. Dress is sort of a khaki-brown color, and fabric isn't listed but it feels like a heavy cotton. Piece is "Jean Lang" brand, shirt-style dress with 3/4 sleeves and about midi-length.  The dress zips up the side and had buttons up the front. The top button is missing and the bottom three are as well, though the bottom three are simply decorative. Dress is in good condition for it's age, save for some fraying at the end of sleeves, missing buttons and small mark bottom front (about 1/4 inch in size), check out photos for more detail. There are loops for a belt. I would say this would best fit a modern Medium or 6/8, but please see measurements below for more specifics.
