Vintage 50s Womens Dress Wiggle Gold, Pink & Black outline Roses On Ecru 10/12?

Vintage 50s Womens Dress Wiggle/pencil style ... Fabric design of  alternating direction of up and down Gold and Pink roses with green leaves & Black outline Roses/leaves on  the ecru background.
Has 4 different hues of pink rose shaped buttons at left shoulder.
Has an empire style with a 1.5 in band ( unsewn to dress) all the way around with a cute flat bow in the back.
The bodice has 3 pleated rows each side of button placket.  Artsy style buttons  smooth style  with two ridges.
Seams sewn from the empire bodice toward the waist with  9.5 in and 10.5 in lengths  both front and back side.
Has a 7 in kick pleat at hem.
Has slight cap sleeves.
Has a 10.5 in zipper from under left arm toward waist .
Handmade by professional seamstress ,but no size tag see provided measurements.
Bust 36, hips 40 ,sh to sh 18, sh to hem 43.5 in
From sh to the empire band  is 11.5 in length.
Size 10/ 12 ?
Made of cotton. Vintage fabric would not recommend machine washing.
