    Description

    MOD Flower child maxi dress, round neckline, empire waistline with dart, long sheer sleeves with snap cuffs and ruffles, fabric is from Burger-Phillips department store - Birmingham, Alabama which was in operation from the 30's until 1975.  The sheer crepe like fabric has various blue toned large flowers. The dress is lined with light blue taffeta which I believe has slightly faded. the back of the bodice has darts from the empire waist, a 20" zipper, a bow of matching fabric.
