Vintage Eber San Francisco plaid flannel double breasted Dress 11 smocked waist

Vintage women's Eber San Francisco dress.
This vintage style is coming back!
Size is 11 per tag.
Material is 100% cotton.
Dress features smocked waist, 3/4 sleeves, tie in back at waist, double breast button front, peter pan style collar with black piping trim and a black removeable(safety pin) bow.
Measures approx. 19.25" from pit to pit seam, shoulder to shoulder seam is 15.25", smocked waist is 18", smocked portion to bottom hem, it's 25.5" and from base of back collar to bottom hem, it's 44".
Normal light wash wear(still very nice!) but sure to be a head turner!
Shipping within the US is .99.
