This  vintage dress is amazing and if it had fit,
I would have definitely kept it.
Any way, I love the hand painted flowers , the sheer sleeves, the ruffles around the neck, the  massive ruffles at the slit up the leg.
It has all the bells and whistles.
I hear that Black Wedding dresses are all the rage right now.
You'll get all the looks with this dress, worn at any occasion.
It's a work of art.
I believe the material is an acetate of some sort, maybe it is from the 1960-70's.
It looks like a Pat Sandler for Lillie Rubin (but there is no tag) by the style and the painting.
This dress's measurements are:
Back of the neck to the bottom  approx. 58"
Arm length approx. 24"
Arm to arm pit. (Measurement taken from the front) is  approx.19"
Arm to arm pit (from the back) approx. 16"
I'm  a size 4 and it fit up until the bust so I'd say it is an approximate 34 because I'm a 36.
