Vintage Hawaiian Maxi Dress White Blue Flower Hibiscus Hawaii Whitney Pockets

For 1: Vintage White Hawaiian Maxi Dress w/ Blue Flowers/Hibiscus by Whitney, Hong Kong British Crown Colony.
I’m not sure what material the dress is made of but it is thick like a quilt and feels slightly “papery.” The material also has a slightly wrinkled texture to it. I am guessing 70s as the decade this dress is from based on the style, it is definitely vintage.
Size tag says 8, but I would guess fits a modern day XS or S. Measures about 16” armpit to armpit laying flat (to be doubled), waist is about 12.5” to be doubled. About 49” long from top of shoulders.
Button enclosure up front of dress, buyer may want to reinforce stitching holding buttons on. There are also a few snaps below the buttons. One right pocket.
