    VINTAGE MID-CENTURY SIGNED CHARLES LINDBERGH FIRST EDITION “SPIRIT OF ST. LOUIS” BOOK - PRESENTATION EDITION NUMBER 620 - PUBLISHED 1953
    This vintage book is a signed presentation edition of CHARLES LINDBERGH’s “SPIRIT OF ST. LOUIS” book, autographed by Charles Lindbergh. This cloth bound original first edition "Presentation Edition" of Lindbergh's 1953 "Spirit of St. Louis" book, is autographed in black ink on the second inside page by Charles Lindbergh. This book is numbered 620 from a numbered limited edition of 1000 books. It was published in 1953, by Charles Schribner’s Sons, New York. This volume of 562 pages includes a preface; the first hand account by Lindbergh in two parts; the afterword and appendix, which includes photographs, drawings, maps, logs and engineering data; and a glossary. The end-papers depict the Spirit of St.Louis airpane over the immense ocean, reproduced from an aquatint by Burnell Poole.
    Condition:  In excellent condition, with a slight bit of blue pigment bleed along the top tinted edges of some of the appendix pages. Please see photographs.
