Vintage  Ms. Chaus gray with white polka dots blouson dress.  60% Triacetate/40% Polyester.  Made in Hong Kong.   Padded shoulders, dolman sleeves, blouson top, elastic waist, 2 button back of neck closure, button cuffs.  Good condition.  No notable flaws.
Underarm to underarm--approximately 16"
Shoulder seam to shoulder seam--15-3/4"
Shoulder seam to end of sleeve--24"
Waist--16" to 20-1/2 (elastic pulled tight)
Back of neck to bottom--42-1/2"
