This vintage WWI style Red Cross nurse uniform seersucker dress, cap hat and armband are a reproduction costume inspired from a 1914 womens nurses uniform. The dress and hat are made of a light blue and white striped seersucker fabric with a darker blue trim edging on the dress. This womens WWI Red Cross nurse uniform costume includes a loose fitting long floor length shift dress with a squared neckline, long full sleeves, an attached blue belt with button closure and is unlined. The dress measures 56 inches long, with a 48 inch bust, 46 inch waist, 54 inch hips, 17 inch back and 18 inch long sleeves. Included are three matching striped seersucker fabric cap hat with a rolled front brim, one has a red cross decal patch, the other two do not, all have a long back curtain drape, elastic gathering and are unlined. The hat measures 22 inches in circumference, with a 4 inch back curtain drape. Also included is a hand stitched white cotton red cross armband armlet with no closures. The armband measure 16 inches long and 4 1/2 inches wide. The outfit is in excellent condition, one size fits all. This is truly a wonderful piece of hand made WWI Red Cross nurses uniform costume historical reenactment inspired wearable art!
