NOT PUNCTURED Inside  Compartments-- they are  Fluffy-Full-Sealed--- OUTSIDE--Some Time Aged Rust Stains---
was found Hanging in a shed-- and some wires were touching it--1 Small tear-- 3/4" long-- see pictures--
NO Tears in Seams--GREAT LOOKING Manufactures TAG----
Just have some Rust Stains on the vest-- see Pictures--- for all around views---- of the vest
about 21" long--
about 16 " wide
about 4-1/2--4-3/4" thick--
all 3 Compartments are Sealed Full and fluffy
