    ISSUE:
    There is an 13" area on the train that has some narrow tears,
    it's still held together with some areas where the fabric has no tears in it (see pictures).  If you had the train hemmed to match the actual dress length, this area would be cut off.
    There is also a small hole below this same area on the train
    There is a small spot on the front of the dress
