VTG 70s SUN FASHIONS OF HAWAII CAFTAN ACCORDION PLEATED MAXI Gown DRESS Tiki

This auction is for a fabulous vintage Sun Fashions of Hawaii caftan. The multi-color design is quite arresting (very Spring-tasic) and the fabric is very light. This item is from my personal collection and worn once for the Aloha Caftan Society meet-up a couple years back at Tiki Oasis. It is in pretty fabulous condition for a vintage piece of it's age, all the pleats are quite crispy and there are no flaws of note - might need a steaming and you're good to go! One thing to note, there are quite dramatic openings/slits at the sides (SEE THE LAST PHOTO) - so it almost has the quality of a cover-up, it probably could be altered easily if you have the skills (otherwise make sure to wear a little something underneath - or don't! you do you!). The approximate measurements: 52" in length, 41.5" in "wingspan" shoulder to shoulder, the bust is about 38" and the side slits are about 37"!
