Vtg Dress Ladies. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. The measurements listed are with the dress still having nice pleats if , the measurements get bigger the pleats start to pull and the dress will not hang pretty on your body . This has a pretty floral apple blossom design .  It will need to be washed.as it has been in storage for some years.  It is machine wash .  The sleeve is 23" from the shoulder seam to the hem.  Thank you .
