    I believe this to be a Miss Elliette dress.  The tag has been removed, but I have several others that resemble this one very much.  Beautiful dress!  No stains or tears.  There is one very small snag on dress, see close up picture.  It doesn't have a size tag. I would guess by measurements,  and trying on that its a 10/12.  Material feels like a nylon, with chiffon cape.  Well made dress.  This would make a perfect simple wedding dress!!  Very soft and flowing.  You could wear the cape either way, but it is supposed to fasten in the back.
